The Role : We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work at a welcoming SEN School based near Ely, providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
In this role, you will work closely with students who need additional help to succeed and build their confidence in a supportive environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support with literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects, using appropriate resources or methods.
You will also support students in managing and improving their behaviour by using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to help students develop coping strategies to deal with anxiety, frustration, or other emotional challenges.
