Job Description Job Title: SEN / SEMH Teacher \n Location: Gloucester \n Salary: Competitive \n Contract Type: Long term - 4 / 5 days per week \n Start Date: January 2025 \n \n Job Description: \n We are currently looking for a class teacher to work within a school supporting children with SEN / SEMH needs.
These children are working at EYFS / Lower KS1 level.
\n This school is looking for someone 4 / 5 days per week - the day off each week can be flexible.
\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Teach the children the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
\n Be able to adapt lesson plans to work with different children needs and abilities.
\n Provide feedback to parents, the school and the agency at the end of the day.
\n Managing behaviour and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere \n \n \n Requirements: \n \n You must have a relevant teaching qualification (e.g.
PGCE, QTS etc) \n Experience working with children with SEN / SEMH \n Excellent communication skills \n Ability to work effectively as part of a team \n A positive and compassionate attitude towards students \n A valid right to work in the UK \n Able to flexible and ready to work!
