Specialist SEN Mentor - Slough Immediate Start - Full-Time Autism and Complex Needs Focus Are you a passionate graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

A primary school in Slough is seeking a dedicated Specialist SEN Mentor to join their team.
This rewarding role involves working closely with students in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing academic and emotional support.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in any subject, strong communication skills, and ideally some prior experience working with children-whether through tutoring, school-based roles, coaching, or youth work.

Key Responsibilities As a Specialist SEN Mentor, you will: Assist students with Autism and additional needs, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Provide tailored support in literacy and numeracy lessons.
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, fostering confidence and engagement.
Work collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
