SEN Learning Support   Location: Fareham   Salary: £12.82 to £14.72, Hourly (Depending on experience)   Start Date: Immediate   Contract Type: Long Term/Permanent, Full Time   How would you create an inclusive learning environment that caters to each child's unique needs?

  GSL Education are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEN Learning Support professional to support students with specific learning needs in Fareham .
This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special educational needs while working within a welcoming and supportive school community.
  Responsibilities:   Implement Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) to meet individual students' needs effectively.
  Assist with behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
  Encourage participation and engagement from all students, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure seamless support for students with special educational needs.
  Monitor and document student progress, sharing updates with the educational team to aid continued improvement.
  Requirements:   Previous experience working with SEN students or relevant training in special education is desirable.
  A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  A compassionate, patient approach with a passion for supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and collaborate with colleagues.
  Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of students in a dynamic classroom environment.
