SEN Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Fareham, PO14 Contract Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90-£110 per day/ £1,800-£2,640 per month About Us: At U-Educate we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all our staff.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join one of our SEN School's in Fareham.
Role Overvi As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs within our primary school setting.
You will work closely with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities: - Support the academic and social development of students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other personalized learning strategies - Assist with personal care and mobility needs, as required.
- Promote inclusion and encourage participation in all school activities.
Qualifications and Skills: - Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
