SEN Learning Support Assistant Needed Location: Marsh Barton, Exeter Start Date: 11th November 2024 Pay: £90 - £100 per day Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs?
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school, assisting learners aged 11-17.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities: Support teachers in providing tailored educational assistance to students with SEN. Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Offer one-on-one support to enhance student confidence and independence.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
