About the Role : As an SEN Learning Support Assistant , you'll provide personalised assistance to students, helping them engage with their studies and build confidence.
The Learning Support Assistant role includes one-on-one and small group work to support a range of special educational needs (SEN) , from behaviour management to tailored learning plans.
Key Responsibilities Include : Offering individualised support to students with special educational needs (SEN) .

Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant : Prior experience in a similar special educational needs (SEN) role is advantageous.
