This Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of students requiring extra support.
About the Role : As an SEN Learning Support Assistant , you will support students with special educational needs (SEN) , working closely with teachers to ensure an inclusive and engaging learning experience.
You will play an integral role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities Include : Providing dedicated support to special educational needs (SEN) students in their daily activities.
Working with teachers to establish a positive learning environment.
Implementing learning plans tailored to each student's needs as an LSA .
Supporting behaviour and social development strategies for special educational needs (SEN) students.
Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant : Previous experience in an special educational needs (SEN) role is a plus.
Excellent communication and adaptability.
Patience and a proactive approach to supporting students.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
