Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Meadowcroft School
Salary: Up to £20,906.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

Ideal Candidate:
* Existing experience of working or supporting neurodiverse pupils is essential
* Ability to be compassionate, patient, adaptable and resilient
* Genuine passion for working with pupils with diverse learning needs and a strong desire to make a positive difference
* Must have strong communication skills
* Have the ambition and drive to approach their role with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
