As an SEN Class Teacher, you will work alongside a dedicated team, tailoring lessons and strategies to meet the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to support students' individual learning needs.
Work closely with support staff to create a structured and inclusive classroom environment.
Track and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Foster a nurturing and safe learning space that promotes both academic and personal growth.
Engage with parents, guardians, and external professionals to support students' development.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in SEN education or similar environments is desirable but not essential.
Excellent classroom management and adaptability skills.
