Semi Senior Accountant

Job Description TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is representing a Maidstone-based firm of chartered accountants who are searching for an Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Semi Senior to join their team as a key addition to their successful team.
As you develop within this firm and role you will take on increasing responsibility in a hands-on role, delivering statutory accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping and tax services to a range of key clients within the firm.
This is a great opportunity to complete your AAT qualification, if you're still studying, and then move on to either the ACA or ACCA.
  Prepare statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies for Director review General bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts Prepare Corporate and personal tax returns Requirements AAT Qualified or studying ACA/ACCA, or qualified by experience Experience with a variety of accounting software Strong communicational/ relations skills  3+ years accountancy practice experience Benefits £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.

Requirements You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice.
You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous
