We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Challenging Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Wirral.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with individuals who require tailored support to navigate their unique challenges, fostering an environment of growth, understanding, and empowerment.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized behaviour intervention plans, providing mentorship and training to staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health challenges is essential, and familiarity with positive behaviour support strategies will be a significant advantage.
