Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEMH needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans.
Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Promote social skills, emotional regulation, and positive behavior.
What We're Looking For: A compassionate individual with a background in education or relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support students.
