Contract: Permanent The Role: * 1:1 Support: As a 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to a specific child with SEMH needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
* Group Work: In addition to individual support, you will also be involved in group activities and interventions aimed at promoting social interaction, emotional regulation, and positive behavior.
* Interactive Approach: We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to their role, using interactive and engaging methods to support learning and development.
