SEMH Teacher – Wisbech (January 2025 Start) An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) teacher to join a leading and highly reputable SEMH/SEN school group in Wisbech.
This is a permanent, full-time position starting in January 2025 or sooner for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work with students aged 7-16 who have SEMH and additional learning needs, providing tailored, engaging lessons in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The school offers a holistic approach to education, prioritising student well-being and personal development alongside academic progress.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with SEMH or SEN needs.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom.
Passion for supporting vulnerable students and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with support staff and external agencies.
A proactive and resilient approach to challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
