General SEMH Teacher A highly reputable SEMH/SEN school group is seeking a passionate and dedicated General SEMH Teacher to join their permanent staff at their Parkstone, Poole site, starting January 2025 or sooner.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support staff and external agencies.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support.
Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with students with SEMH/SEN needs.
Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
