Position: SEMH Support Assistant Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for growth Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?
Do you have the experience and skills to effectively manage challenging behaviour?

What You'll Do Support Learning: Assist students with SEMH needs in achieving their educational goals.
Behaviour Management: Utilize your experience to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours.
Build Relationships: Foster trust and confidence with students, helping them thrive in a supportive environment.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teachers and school staff to implement tailored strategies for success.
