Having experience is desirable, but if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn, don't hesitate in applying In this role, you will work closely with individuals with either SEN needs or behavioural challenges, helping them develop essential life skills and overcome obstacles.
Provide one-on-one support to individuals, use your experience to create engaging and therapeutic activities, and assist individuals in developing social, communication, and problem-solving.
