Your Role As a compassionate and resilient Year 5/6 Teacher you will work at a specialist school for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role involves teaching Year 5/6 students working at a Year 4 level, with a focus on supporting their emotional and academic development.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH challenges.
Build strong, trusting relationships to foster a sense of safety and belonging in the classroom.
Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour.
Monitor progress and provide personalised feedback to encourage growth and confidence.
