Join our dedicated team as an Outreach Maths Teacher, where you'll work with students facing significant personal challenges, including those from care backgrounds and those impacted by trauma, to help them access and succeed in their GCSE Maths.

We provide a flexible, trauma-informed learning approach designed to meet each student where they are—whether that's in a school setting or a tailored outreach location.
Through a compassionate and structured environment, we focus on both academic achievement and emotional resilience, helping students manage anxiety, rebuild trust, and gain confidence as they prepare for the future.
Your Role: Teach GCSE-Level Maths: Develop engaging, accessible Maths lessons aimed at strengthening foundational skills and guiding students towards achieving their GCSE qualifications.
Outreach Teaching: Work with students in smaller, quieter environments outside the traditional classroom, allowing for personalised support that meets students' individual needs.
Apply Trauma-Informed Practices: Bring a compassionate, patient approach to help students navigate emotional needs and create a supportive learning environment that acknowledges their past experiences.
Collaborate with Support Teams: Partner with teaching assistants, mental health professionals, and family support workers to provide a cohesive, wrap-around support system for each student's success.
Who We're Looking For: UK-Qualified Maths Teacher: A UK QTS-qualified teacher with experience teaching GCSE Maths and a strong commitment to alternative education approaches.
