The school is split into 2 sites, Primary & secondary and they're both on the lookout for new staff due to an increase in student numbers.
The school look after students with a range of different special needs but mostly all students have SEMH.
The age group is a wide range, from 4-16.
The role The role of LSA is all about being proactive in class.
The most successful LSA's are people who never sit still and are always on the lookout for how to assist the class teacher.
You must be clam, patient, enthusiastic and feel confident in dealing with challenging behaviour.
Ideally you would have worked in a school environment before as well as SEMH.
The school are open to a range of applications though, so if you come from more a support work background still free to apply!
