Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Coach to join a supportive team at a highly regarded school in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to children with SEMH needs in the classroom and during school activities.
Implement individual learning plans (IEPs) to support academic and personal growth.
Promote positive behavior, emotional regulation, and social skills.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management, ensuring all students are supported.
Build strong relationships to encourage participation and confidence.
Observe and document student progress.
The Ideal Candidate Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs, is preferred.
Passion for supporting children's emotional well-being and learning.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Patience, resilience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Proactive and adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
