Semh Behaviour Mentor

U-Educate is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join one of our SEMH schools in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting our students' emotional well-being.
The successful candidate will support students with SEN and behavioural difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one/ group support to students with behavioural challenges.
Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans in collaboration with school staff.
Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Build positive relationships with students and staff Monitor and record student progress and behaviour changes.
Work closely with the school's SENCO to support students with additional needs.
 Requirements: Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children in a behavioural support role (preferred but not essential) Enhanced DBS Certificate on update service Brilliant communication and collaborative skills Patient and empathic personality and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
