Job Description Major Recruitment are seeking a talented Security Systems Engineer/Reactive Engineer on behalf of our successful client, a well-established security solutions provider based in Halesowen.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining various security systems, with a focus on fault finding and system repairs.

\n \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Service and maintain a wide range of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarms \n Diagnose and troubleshoot reactive faults efficiently \n Provide clear and concise service reports and documentation \n Collaborate effectively within a team, offering support to colleagues as required \n Be available for occasional out-of-town assignments \n \n \n Requirements \n \n Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry with strong fault-finding skills \n Familiarity with a variety of security systems (e.g., Paxton, Hikvision, Avigilon, Salto, Galaxy) \n Excellent communication and organizational skills \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n Full UK driving licence \n IPAF and ECS certification (preferred but not essential) \n \n \n Systems You'll Work With \n \n Access Control: Salto, Paxton, Came, Stentofon \n CCTV: Avigilon, Axis, Synetics, Hikvision, Dahua \n Alarms: Galaxy, Texecom, Eaton \n \n All candidates will be subject to the company's vetting and background check process.
