At FRG, we believe in inclusivity and a culture of happiness, where everyone's contributions matter, and collective success is celebrated.Job OpportunityTo be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times.To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties, policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to the Operations Manager.To ensure the handover is checked at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are carried out before their time.To convey a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform, provide a first-class customer service and display high levels of vigilance throughout a shift, making a good first impression.To portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour always, using open and appropriate body language.Vigilance is key in this regard - any untoward activity and/or security related concerns must be immediately reported to control To be customer service facing - Polite, Positive and Professional at all times Respond to alarm activations and investigate disturbances as instructedMonitor entry and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons Write reports of daily activities and irregularities (statements and incident reports), such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or any unusual occurrencesTo ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times.Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards, and conduct.Oversee that the contract's officers are all performing to the required standards and take appropriate actions to remedy any shortfalls. Monitor that patrols are being adequately completed and to the expected frequency.Liaise regularly with FRG Managers ensuring that they are kept updated on all important aspects.Regularly audit site equipment & ensure that site paperwork is correctly maintained.To be able to work as part of a team.Carry out any reasonable requests made by client and FRG management.The above details is not exhaustive, but is designed to provide a general overview of the role.Essential SkillsThis is NIGHTS role - you must be able to commit to working NIGHTS.SIA Licence required.CCTV license is desirableAt least 2 years experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is required.Driving license is requiredExcellent communication both written & verbalExcellent levels of customer serviceReliable, Responsible and PunctualTo have a smart appearance Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelBe calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner.Able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.Physically fit to complete site walks and patrol inductionsAbout CompanyFirst Response Group (FRG) is a total security, risk, and facilities management solutions company.
