We're looking for a Security Shift Second in Command (2IC) to join our team, a role that combines leadership, security expertise, and strategic thinking.Job OpportunityThe 2IC will be responsible for assisting the Shift Manager in managing all security personnel in relation to the day-to-day operational issues impacting on the contract throughout their shift.The 2IC will be the nominated training lead on the shift and will have responsibility for ensuring all staff complete mandatory training as well as delivering induction training and updating training matrices.In the absence of the Shift Manager, the 2IC will provide a central point of contact for service delivery development, performance, measurement and centralised reporting which fully demonstrates the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
This position is key to the operational success of the Team and is required to strengthen the relationship between the client and Securitas by ensuring.
