Could you be the face of HARIBO we are looking for?To ensure sugary success, it is key that you are also able to build flavoursome relationships with a variety of teams including Production, Packing, Engineering, HSE, HR and Technical Services.This isn't your standard 'Security Officer' role, this is a super varied position where you will have the opportunity to also get involved with ad-hoc tasks as they arise for example hygiene audits and handyman style jobs.

Do you possess that can-do attitude which would see you thrive in this role as well as experience of working across both Security and Facilities?How you'll contribute to the mix:This is a fantastic opportunity to add a sugar rush to your career and delve hand-first into a career with HARIBO.Security Officer duties:Providing a proactive front-of-house service with a core focus on ensuring high standards are delivered and maintainedProtecting HARIBO's property and colleagues through maintaining a safe and secure environmentMonitoring the company's external CCTV system and car park area and controlling the entry and exit of vehiclesAnswering telephone calls and providing information during non-business hours or when the switch board is closed as well as managing deliveries into the buildingCarrying out factory patrols during the night and weekend shiftsWriting reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual activity and also ensuring all admin record/ sheets are updatedAccompanying contracts and visitors around site as well as managing the contractor roomFacilities Assistant duties:Managing and maintaining the fire/ sprinkler system on a daily basisSupporting pool and Directors cars for service and cleaning with facilities and engineeringInspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery as well as completing scheduled maintenance tasksProving information and advice on maintenance issues to clients and customersWorking closely with contractors to ensure that they complete projects on timePainting, decorating and conducting repairs to flooring and other fittingsEnsuring rooms are maintained and fully equippedSupporting with furniture moves as well as lock and door repairsCovering holidays in the Security team working day and night shiftsCan you supply our essential ingredients?Are you an experienced Security Officer who is keen to step into the world of FMCG?
