As a PS / Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role by: Collaborating closely with clients to strategize, design, implement, and fine-tune solutions, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations while maximizing value.
Serving as the primary technical liaison, addressing all customer-specific requirements and challenges.
Leveraging customer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities to recommend enhancements to products and services.
Creating and refining documentation, tools, and other resources to improve service delivery, boost product effectiveness, and drive tangible benefits for clients.
What Will Help You Excel in This Role: Professional Background : experience in Professional Services, Technical Support, or Network Engineering.
Certifications : A CCNA certification / CCNP is a valuable advantage.
Network Expertise : Strong understanding of IT networking; prior experience as a Network Architect is a bonus.
Linux Proficiency : Solid skills in Linux system operation and troubleshooting are required.
