Security Consultant

Security Consultant (Information Security) Ipswich, UK (3 days on-site) Role Overview: As a Security Consultant, you will provide security expertise to an organization and its sub-entities, focusing on supporting business partners to ensure secure service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business units to manage security effectively.
Raise awareness of security activities and their associated risks.
Provide consultancy on projects, solution design, and security policies.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend treatment options.
Maintain relationships with partners to ensure security requirements are met.
Support project security needs and facilitate risk acknowledgment plans.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Agile frameworks and DevSecOps environments.
Proficient in risk assessment and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Information Security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
Experience in multinational environments.
