Securitisation Property Paralegal – Leeds An esteemed UK law firm with a strong reputation in the property market is seeking a dedicated Securitisation Property Paralegal to join their Leeds office permanently.
This is an exceptional chance to become part of a Tier 1-ranked team (Chambers UK and Legal 500), led by a prominent Partner specialising in registered providers and affordable housing transactions ranging from £1 million to £2 billion.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting title identification and checks at the Land Registry, property due diligence, pre-completion Land Registry searches, and managing post-completion matters.
Performing and reviewing property searches; liaising with Local Authorities and other third parties to obtain necessary documents.
Reviewing title registers and plans to determine land ownership and legal interests.
Preparing planning application forms, deeds, and accompanying correspondence.
Providing support for ongoing transactions.
Your Application: Law degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Residential or Conveyancing Paralegal.
Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
