As an administrative assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical secretarial team to provide outstanding service to the Ophthalmology department's clinicians and patients.

Main duties of the job The successful candidate will undertake batch processing of clinical correspondence using MediSIGHT, scanning and general admin duties.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate good interpersonal, verbal and written skills and have a "can do" attitude.
You will have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using multiple software packages.
