Secondary Teacher Location: Southampton Start Date: January 2025 Contract: Full-time/Permanent Salary Scale: £30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS) (Depending on experience) GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Secondary Teacher to join a vibrant school in Southampton .

As a Secondary Teacher , you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities of a Secondary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the preparation of reports.
Collaborate with staff to enhance teaching strategies and improve outcomes.
Uphold school policies on safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications for a Secondary Teacher: A recognised teaching qualification in UK (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
Strong subject knowledge and curriculum understanding.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
