Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Secondary School Teacher who is committed to inspiring pupils and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities: Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, effectively monitoring and assessing student progress and development.
Classroom Management: Utilise strong classroom management techniques to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, promoting a supportive and collaborative educational community.
Individualised Support: Recognise and respond to the unique needs and strengths of each student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching skills and strategies.
