Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Berkshire, Wokingham Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking a Secondary SEN Tutor to join our team in Wokingham, Berkshire.
As a Secondary SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Job Duties: Developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN Providing one-on-one support to students to help them achieve academic goals Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development Tracking student progress and adjusting support strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent Previous experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Education: Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN requirements and best practises Ability to create and implement personalised learning plans Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in SEN support Experience working in a school setting Training in specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia or autism Working Conditions: This position is temporary and requires part-time hours.
The role may involve working closely with students in a classroom or one-on-one setting.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
