Secondary Maths Teacher

Details of the offer

We're looking for a Secondary Maths Teacher to join our close-knit team at The Holden School in Leigh.
The role involves planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups, in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the School Development Plan, promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of students, and ensuring the safety of students in line with risk assessments.
The Holden School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 4-16, catering for pupils with a wide range of needs.
We pride ourselves in steering pupils in the right direction, nurturing aspiration, and building confidence in our students.
Benefits include Life Assurance, a pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
We're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and young people, and successful applicants will be subject to social media checks and a fully enhanced DBS.
Our flexible benefits platform, Vista, enables you to choose the package that's right for you, including health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits, discount options, and more.
Join us and make a significant positive impact on the lives of others.
As part of Outcomes First Group, we're leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
We had great results from our Great Place to Work Survey, with ~80% agreeing that management shows a sincere interest in employees, ~80% believing that people care about each other, and ~88% agreeing that management recognises honest mistakes.
We're a Therapeutic Led, Trauma Informed School providing individualised curriculums for our young people supported by our Class Teams, Pastoral Team, and Therapists.
We're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, which could result in working one day less a week.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of our growth.
We're looking for someone with a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education services.
Our students often arrive with a troubled view of education and life, and we work together to ensure successful outcomes.
We're a close-knit team, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and is committed to making a difference.
We offer a range of benefits and a flexible working environment, and we're committed to supporting the wellbeing of our employees.
We're a leading independent provider of specialist education and residential care for vulnerable pupils and young people, and we're proud of our reputation for delivering measurable outcomes.
We're passionate about providing the best possible support and care for our students, and we're committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
We're a place where you can make a difference, and we're excited to hear from you if you're passionate about teaching and committed to providing high-quality education services.
