Tradewind Recruitment is assisting a "good" school in Enfield with an exciting role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
Immediate Start (Potential for Permanent Placement in the future) Full-Time Position Hours: 8.15am - 4.00pm Competitive Salary: £90-95 per day Join a dynamic team of professionals in a modern school with a "good" Ofsted report.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping students with a range of additional needs reach their full potential.
Your understanding of supporting underachieving students will be crucial in nurturing their growth and inspiring them to excel academically.
Requirements: Experience working with students with diverse additional needs Passion for helping underachieving students thrive Strong team ethic and collaboration skills Excellent organisational and communication skills As an Learning Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds and be an integral part of their educational journey.
