Job Title: Sec SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Guildford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop tailored educational plans to meet the individual needs of each student Implement various teaching strategies to support students in achieving their learning goals Monitor and assess student progress regularly Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with SEN Understanding of SEN policies and procedures Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of different learning styles and abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN Working Conditions: Work primarily during school hours May require travel to different schools or educational settings Opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and parents All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
