This is an exciting opportunity to help craft an exceptional SEO service by working with us to build out processes for the agency and really make them your own.
There will also be training responsibilities for 1 junior member of our team (and hopefully more depending on our growth).
Your primary role is to devise and implement SEO strategies and ultimately deliver results for our clients.
We expect you to have top-notch SEO knowledge, both on-page and off-page, whilst continuously keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and updates.

Responsibilities : Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
Be familiar with and use a wide range of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, Semrush & many more.
Monitor and build domain authority link-building strategies, website optimisation, content marketing & CRO.
Carry out detailed keyword research Working with a variety of website CMS which can include WordPress, WooCommerce and more.
Building out SEO processes.
Training junior SEO execs.
Collaborating with paid Ads, social media team leads on mutual clients Building great relationships with clients.
Reporting on results and progress to clients managing and prioritising work across multiple clients Keeping up to date with the latest SEO news and features.
Support other digital marketing activities.
Assisting the sales team with proposals & audits.
Core Skills and Experience Proven experience as an SEO specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and current SEO best practices.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Experience with technical SEO, including website audits, site architecture, and structured data.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in link-building strategies and outreach.
Desirable Skills Any or all of the following skills and experience would be beneficial to this role Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and its impact on SEO.
Experience creating content programmes Experience with PPC campaigns and integration with SEO strategies.
Knowledge of social media marketing and its influence on SEO.
Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and techniques.
