In this role, youll be at the forefront of processing property-related searches, using online systems and visiting waterboards to collect crucial sewer information.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure searches are processed efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and prompt delivery.
About the role As a Search Agent, you'll play a key role in managing client communications and resolving queries, all while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Youll be expected to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring consistent turnaround times in line with company and client requirements.
Your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers will be essential to your success.
This role also involves collaborating closely with your team and contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
You'll need to be proactive in updating systems and procedures, particularly regarding waterboard processes, and youll be responsible for ensuring any changes are communicated effectively across the team.
About You Were looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of conveyancing processes and property law is desirable, along with a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
A full, clean UK driving license is required for this role.
