What You'll Be Doing Act as a player-coach, generating high-quality leads while mentoring and guiding the SDR team.
Drive qualification using proven methodologies to ensure only sales-ready opportunities are passed to AEs.
Lead inbound (50% of leads) and outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-value opportunities at a 10k average deal size.
Optimise SDR processes, improve pipeline accuracy, and refine lead handoff processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role 3+ years of SaaS sales development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
Proven expertise with tools like Outreach, Gong, and intent data platforms such as G2 or ZoomInfo.
Experience in a Series A/B startup or fast-growth SaaS environment.
A natural leader who thrives in remote work environments and balances mentorship with personal performance.
A combination of old-school activity levels and modern tooling expertise to maximise team efficiency.
