Act as a player-coach, generating high-quality leads while mentoring and guiding the SDR team.
Drive qualification using proven methodologies to ensure only sales-ready opportunities are passed to AEs.
3+ years of SaaS sales development experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
~ Proven expertise with tools like Outreach, Gong, and intent data platforms such as G2 or ZoomInfo.
~ A natural leader who thrives in remote work environments and balances mentorship with personal performance.
~ Leadership Impact: Help build and scale the SDR team, setting the foundation for future growth.
Rapid Deal Velocity: The product is competitively priced, with marketing investment ramping up to drive brand awareness.

Based in the Northwest UK (Cheshire, Manchester, or nearby), working remotely with occasional onsite visits.
