Build from the Ground Up: Be one of the founding members of our SDR team and help create scalable sales development processes.
Career Progression: This isn't a "stepping stone" role – it's foundational, with opportunities to advance into 360 sales or account management.
Cutting-Edge Tools: Work with best-in-class platforms like Outreach, Gong, and intent data tools (e.g., Impact: Your work will directly influence pipeline quality, enabling the sales team to focus on closing high-value deals.
Generate and qualify high-quality leads from inbound MQLs (50% of the leads) and outbound campaigns.
Use deep qualification techniques to ensure only sales-ready opportunities are passed to AEs.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead handoff processes and improve pipeline accuracy.
Work alongside leadership to optimise the use of sales tools and processes.
2+ years of SaaS sales development experience, ideally at a startup or series A/B company.
~ Proven expertise with platforms like Outreach, Gong, or similar tools.
~ Experience with intent data tools (e.g., A self-starter who thrives in remote work environments and can take ownership of results.
~ Cross-Sell Opportunities: The platform's modular structure creates opportunities to expand deals into additional certifications and services.
Fast-Paced Deal Velocity: The product is priced competitively, and with increased marketing investment, brand awareness is growing rapidly.
Based in the Northwest UK (Cheshire, Manchester, or nearby), working remotely with occasional onsite visits.
