Technical Scrum Master Active SC (essential) January 2025 start | Outside IR35 | £400 | Remote SR2 is recruiting a Scrum Master who already has active security clearance (SC) – for a long-term government piece of work.

This is a highly technical government project, so as such, the client are looking for people with a strong technical background; you may have previously been a developer, an engineer, or an automation tester.
The ideal candidate will have some coding experience.
As an experienced Scrum Master, your role is critical in delivering the roadmap, supporting the scrum team and providing coaching on agile methodologies.
You will be a self-motivated and calm individual, who is able to work with and support entire teams and senior stakeholders.
You will lead daily scrums, organise bi-weekly sprint sessions, and support sprint demos, reviews, and retrospectives.
The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management experience, ideally having client-facing experience working via a consultancy.
You must also have recent experience working within government and working on projects that follow the GDS framework.
Required experience: 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in commercial environments Central government experience Government Digital Service (GDS) framework experience within projects Background in client-facing roles or consultancy experience – desirable Scrum Master qualification, such as SAFe, CSM, PSM, etc Technical background = engineer/developer/automation QA Coding experience (in any language) Overview: Security Clearance - it is essential that you already have an active SC to apply Scrum Master Outside IR35 £400 a day Start January 2025 Long-term programme Remote first approach, but candidates must be willing to come onsite for key meetings (roughly twice a month) Please only apply if you have active security clearance (SC) .
