As a Theatre Practitioner, you'll: Care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Provide exemplary planned care during the perioperative stage.
Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
Act as a Scrub Practitioner across various clinical specialities.
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.

The ideal Orthopaedic Scrub Theatre Practitioner will have: HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration as a Nurse, without restrictions.
At least 2 years of Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work across different specialities on a rotational basis.
