Main duties of the job As a SCPHN health visitor you will lead and develop a family centered public health approach, working with individuals, families and communities to improve health and tackle inequalities.You will be committed to deliver evidencebased practice, maintaining current knowledge of local and national issues thatimpact on the 0-5 population.
As a specialist practitioner you will be requiredto professionally contribute to the on-going development of the health visitingoffer within the Early Help Locality Teams.You would be supported to fulfill your rolethrough induction, training, shadowing and a preceptorship package tailored to yourindividual needs.
