Scientist - Virology

Job Title A Scientist Position in Virology and Molecular Biology The Role We are seeking an experienced scientist to contribute to strategic R&D projects, designing and executing studies to support oncolytic virus candidate pipeline development under Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP).
Your Responsibilities Presenting research findings and data at meetings.
Prioritizing and coordinating scientific work streams and processes.
Acting as an independent scientist reviewer and signing off lab books, verifying calculations, and approving standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Background Ph.D. or equivalent in Molecular Biology or Virology.
Experience in cell culture, virus handling/purification, and cellular assay development.
Expertise in designing and executing molecular biology-based experiments, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, cloning, Gibson assembly, sequencing, and transfections.
Hands-on execution of omics experiments, such as short-read/long-read sequencing, transcriptomics, primer/probe design.
In-vivo oncology experience is advantageous.
Experience working with oncolytic viruses or adenoviruses is desirable.
Knowledge of Prime Flow, RNAscope, or single-cell sequencing is useful.
