Do you have great Customer Service Skills?A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services are currently seeking A Customer Service Consultant to join the team at their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire, on a temp to perm basis.
Ideal if you have some prior experience in Customer Service, and some background in a Scientific Environment such as a Scientific Degree or experience working in a lab.Role OverviewProvide exceptional customer service to the company's clients, predominantly via phone and email.Administrative tasks including invoicing, booking sample collections and resolving customer queries.Develop and Maintain relationships with existing customers.Temporary to permanent, Full-time role Monday-Friday.
39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:00am -4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm )RequirementsA Background in Science is highly beneficial, this could be from an academic or professional environment.Excellent customer service skills are essential, ideally developed during experience in a similar role.Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Must be immediately available to begin.In returnThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain full training and working experience within a scientific environment, with a globally successful organisation.
