\n \n Monarch are currently working with a school in the Telford/Shropshire area who are looking for a Science Teacher to join their team.
This role will involve but is not limited to planning, marking and time as the allocated teacher for young learners.
The job is for a teacher who has good classroom management skills and has a real passion for teaching.

\n The successful candidate ideally would have, but not essential to have: \n \n Hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) \n Previous experience as a Science Teacher \n The ability to plan and execute engaging lessons to students \n Show commitment to improving standards and achieving student goals \n Committed to assessing students' progress \n Hold a DBS which is registered online with the DBS update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
\n \n Responsibilities: \n \n Provide one-on-one or group support to students who may need additional help with assignments, comprehension, or other academic tasks.
\n Prepare and implement lesson plans, including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and facilitating activities.
\n Supervise students during classroom activities and ensure their safety and well-being \n Ability to grade work, record grades, and provide feedback to students to track their progress.
\n Communicate with parents or guardians as needed regarding student progress, behavior, or other concerns.
\n Work collaboratively with other staff members, including teachers, administrators, and support personnel, to support the overall goals of the educational institution.
\n \n Ideally the candidate we are looking for will have the ability to share their passion for teaching Science whilst also displaying subject matter expertise.
