Supply Role: Teacher of Science Start date: Immediate Location: Islington Rate: £180 - £250 We have an urgent requirement for a Teacher of Science.
In this dynamic role, you will teach students across Key Stages 3 & 4, with the possibility of extending to KS5.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging science lessons that cover a wide range of topics across various scientific disciplines.
Use diverse teaching strategies to ensure deep understanding and active participation.
Lead exciting laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations that bring science concepts to life.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by using effective classroom management techniques.
Provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
What Were Looking For: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively within the Science department.
Qualified teachers (including ECTs and experienced QTS professionals) Proven experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
Required Qualifications and Skills: A registered teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS/QTLS) for secondary education.
Enhanced DBS disclosure (subject to checks).
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
