Role Responsibilities: As a Science Specialist Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following prepared lesson plans to ensure continuity during teacher absences.
Support and supervise students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, sparking curiosity and interest in science.
Facilitate individual and group learning, adapting to meet the diverse needs of students.
Maintain a focused, positive, and safe classroom environment that aligns with the school's safeguarding standards.
Assist with marking, assessment, and feedback in collaboration with science teaching staff.
Build positive relationships with students, encouraging a love for science and helping them develop transferrable skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
